THANK YOU!! We attended you Bank Holiday Weekend 4th - 7th May. We had an excellent time, as usual, the weather and entertainment were brilliant too. As a consequence of joining in The Quiz, with our Van Neighbours, Mike Humphreys, Margaret and Bob, we amazingly won. We were even more surprised when we were all given 3 Free Nights at a Campsite. We all chose FOREST GLADE, Cullompton. We met with Mike 21st - 24th May. Again, the weather was hot and sunny, so we had a wonderful time, surrounded by forest and beautiful countryside. We did several walks, used the on-site swimming pool, games room and even had lunch at the local Glider Clubs Cafe, watching the Gliders going up. The Campsite had very friendly helpful Staff and was very clean.

I would like to thank everyone at Chelston for the kindness and attention shown to us during our recent visit to view our motorhome, the attention shown to us was second to none and it was a pleasure doing business with you. To yourself, many thanks for your initial communication last week after my enquiry about the motorhome, what you stated you'd supply was exactly what we got (and more......6 new tyres). And the very kind offer to pick us up at Bristol airport was exemplary, not many places would offer that level of service. Many thanks should also go to your General Manager (apologies, I have forgotten his name) for taking the time to come and speak to us personally and explain the delay. We were not concerned about the delay in the slightest and understood your team were giving the vehicle their utmost attention which was very much appreciated.
Thanks must also go to Paul for showing us the motorhome on our arrival at Cheslton and for dropping us off in town afterwards. Also to Ann for picking us up at Bristol airport and the pleasant discussion down to your site. Chelston should be very proud of the facility and the personnel who work there, our motorhome is perfect for our intended need (long holidays in the sun) and most certainly one of the best if not, the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I look forward to dealing with you again in the future and would highly recommend Chelston to anyone looking for a motorhome irrespective of the distance.

Just to thank all the staff at Chelston, in particular Mat, Ian and Kelly who worked above and beyond so we could catch our ferry. It was gone 7.30 pm when they finished. This allowed us to catch the last ferry from Poole, for 20 days, at 8.30 am the following morning. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks

We bought our 7 year old motorhome last year which came with a no quibble 12 month guarantee. This was an important factor for this, as most dealerships only offer 3 months! The other major factor on choosing the right dealership is the 'After Service'; The sales staff do their part and this was also a good experience from start to finish. Paul Lewis was not pushy, but took his time explaining the motorhome to us and how the company operated. However, the after service team headed up by Alex Rogerson are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they communicate and ensure the works they promise to do are completed to a satisfactory standard. You must realise if you are buying a second hand or brand new motorhome you will get teething problems and you want to make sure the after service care is there to support you. My wife and I have dealt with many of these dealerships, but in our eyes they are best around for all round service and customer care. Highly recommended! Thanks again Chelston

We bought our Auto Trail Navajo from you (Paul) in June 2015 since when we have returned for servicing, MOT, a habitation check and insurance claim repairs (after a tree fell on our motorhome at Bath Marina Caravan Park!). For several months we looked everywhere for a new Motorhome. Just when we had almost given up our search we found Chelston Motorhomes quite by accident when we called in on our way home and they were having one of their promotional events. So not only did we look at their large range of motorhomes, but we also had excellent food and wine. We thought then what a pleasant experience we had had and went back a few months later to have another look at the wide range of motorhomes they had in stock. We cannot praise their very professional staff enough as they went out of their way to make sure we found the right motorhome for us. I am sure at times we were very trying, but still, we received courteous treatment and lots of the time. We did finally buy exactly what we wanted a beautiful Adria Matrix Platinum. We thought the long list of criteria we had with a limit of 3.5 tons would never be met, but it was. We recently had a pleasant holiday in it and it did everything we wanted. We also want to stress that the after sales service is second to none. We did encounter a minor problem but all the staff at Chelston bent over backwards to deal with it very quickly and satisfactorily. This is what really makes Chelston exceptional. Just sending this note as I wait for our ship back to Portsmouth from Santander after a fantastic 3 weeks in Spain and Portugal. Our new Burstner City Car that you managed to get ready for our trip has been unbelievably brilliant. It has made this tour so much more enjoyable, easier and we have visited places we would have never attempted with our previous motorhomes. Converting to this model has been simple and the downsize not a problem due to the storage and ergonomics.
Not only does it look good (and we have turned some heads) but the equipment and gadgets have all worked seamlessly and you will be glad to hear there is not one thing that needs your attention. Most importantly we have loved living in it for the past 3 weeks and there is not one thing we would change. If you ever need a reference for this particular model then Anna and I with pleasure would certainly put our experiences forward with only positives.Again thank you so much for all your efforts and for being at the NEC last year.

In October 2015 we purchased a 10 year old motorhome from Chelston. It has had its little niggles & teething problems as can only be expected of a 10 year old vehicle However I must say that their after sales service has been not short of amazing. Every problem we have taken her back for they have fixed without quibbling & fixed things that we knew about but hadn't actually brought to their attention. It is fair to say we are blown away with the service we have received from them.

So excited. We are picking up our New Autotrail Navajo on the 3rd. We have been buying our Motorhomes from Chelston for over 15 years and we have always found the sales team to be friendly and professional every time we have gone to buy a new one. Also I have to say that the aftersales care is so good at Chelston, nothing is too much trouble and we are always looked after so well by everyone.

Please could you pass this message to the chief executive or other most senior person at Chelston, thank you. Buying a 50K used motorhome is a big decision, and I want to say how pleased I am that I bought from Chelston.
With any used motorhome there is potential for issues, after all, it’s a used van. Warranty is, therefore, a big part of the decision making process.I have had the need to claim on the warranty and I can’t speak highly enough of how easy it has been. Chris and Mick have been excellent, and the fact that Mick makes decisions so quickly is so much better than dealing with a third party insurance company. I want to say a big thank you to Mick and Chris and everyone at Chelston Motorhomes. THANK YOU !!!!

We bought our first motorhome from Chelston and picked it up a few weeks ago. A friendly and helpful team that were a pleasure to do business with. The motorhome itself was in excellent condition and looks as good as new. This morning we received a follow up call from the salesman, Paul, to check that everything was fine; it is.
